Sadness – the attitude of the mind having, expressing or showing low spirits or sorrow, emptiness and being unhappy.
This can range in intensity from mild momentary unhappiness to a feeling of intense grief or a sinking of spirits because of frustration or despondency.
Sadness is a warning sign of your wound. You need people to validate what you feel, to walk with you, to listen and to hear what you are saying.
