Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an emotional healing process which can help eliminate the negative emotions of trauma, post traumatic stress, fears, grief, anger, guilt, worry, abuses and rape. EFT is also capable of relieving many physical symptoms such as chronic pain, headaches, backaches, unwanted habits and more. EFT frequently provides relief where other techniques fail.

Most people in need of emotional healing resort to the traditional methods often with good results. The major drawback to traditional therapies is it can, and usually takes years to reduce or eliminate emotional issues.

EFT is versatile and has been used confidently by hundreds of practitioners on thousands of clients with successes on even the most difficult issues.

EFT is based on a revolutionary new discovery that violates most of the

beliefs within conventional therapies. It contends that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.  With remarkable consistency, EFT relieves symptoms by a seemingly strange (but scientific) routine which employs tapping with the fingertips on various body locations.This tapping serves to balance energy meridians which become disrupted when the client thinks about or becomes involved in an emotionally disturbing circumstance.
