Anger Management

The objective of any anger management program is to learn to control or reduce your emotional responses and feelings to situations or events that arouse your anger. It is almost impossible to avoid people, places or events that enrage you, but fortunately you can learn to control your reactions.
Some individuals are angrier than others and may have a low tolerance for frustration. They do not take things in stride, and are easily annoyed if a situation seems unfair; for example; being corrected for a minor mistake or error. Some people do not show their anger in loud explosive ways but are constantly grumpy or irritable. Easily angered people don’t always throw things, curse or rant and rave, sometimes they withdraw or sulk and some even get physically sick. Angry people tend to jump to conclusions, then act on the conclusions even when they may be inaccurate.
It is important to review the cause of the anger and the physical and/or emotional responses.  Through hypnosis and EFT positive new responses can be created to replace devastating reactions to the past. Feelings can be brought to the surface and released. Outside pressures can be relieved. And finally, new responses to old disturbances can begin with major changes in attitudes and reactions.
